About the event:

Psychedelic Social attempts to harmonize science and spirit, bridging the sometimes distant worlds of our modern approach to mental health. Through a combination of professional lectures and personal discussion, we can reach crowds who believe in the scientific betterment of society as well as the importance of spirituality in healing. This event will provide a stage for local up and coming artists, psychedelic practitioners in Oregon’s legal paradigm, and neuroscience lectures from Michael Angyus, MSc, who will share what he’s learned during his masters at Imperial College London where he worked with leading researchers in psychedelic medicine such as Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris.

7:30 pm - Welcome: Introduction to the event

7:45 pm - Event begins with live music performance

8:00 pm - Interview/audience Q&A with Oregon psilocybin worker

8:45 pm - “Psychedelic Neuroscience Lecture Series Lecture 4: Harmonizing Science & Spirit” by Michael Angyus, MSc

9:30 pm - The event will transform into a relaxed networking/socializing opportunity. Join us until later hours of the evening sharing stories and finding community.
